<\/strong><strong>DISPOSIZIONI URGENTI IN MATERIA DI PREVENZIONE VACCINALE, DI MALATTIE INFETTIVE E CONTROVERSIE RELATIVE ALLA&nbsp; SOMMINISTRAZIONE DI FARMACI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Si invitano i genitori in indirizzo ad adempiere agli obblighi di legge, in base alla Direttiva MIUR del 16-08-2017 (vedi allegato alla presente) \u201cvaccinazioni obbligatorie\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La Direttiva prevede l\u2019obbligatoriet\u00e0 e la gratuit\u00e0 delle seguenti vaccinazioni ai minori da 0 a 16 anni:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anti-poliomielitica;<\/li>\n<li>Anti-difterica<\/li>\n<li>Anti-tetanica<\/li>\n<li>Anti-epatite B<\/li>\n<li>Anti-pertosse<\/li>\n<li><em> Anti-Haemophilus injluenzae tipo B<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Anti-morbillo<\/li>\n<li>Anti-rosolia<\/li>\n<li>Anti-parotite<\/li>\n<li>Anti-varicella<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si fa presente che il calendario vaccinale \u00e8 reperibile sul sito istituzionale del Ministero della salute al link www.salute.edu.it\/vaccini.<\/p>\n<p>Per l&#8217;anno scolastico 2017-2018, <strong>la suddetta documentazione deve essere presentata alle Istituzioni scolastiche:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>entro il 10 settembre 2017 <\/strong>per le bambine e i bambini della scuola dell&#8217;infanzia;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>entro il 31 ottobre 2017 <\/strong>per tutti gli altri gradi di istruzione.<\/p>\n<p>Si precisa che la documentazione di cui sopra deve essere acquisita, nei tempi sopra indicati, anche per le alunne e gli alunni, le studentesse e gli studenti, gi\u00e0 frequentanti l&#8217;istituzione scolastica.<\/p>\n<p>Per l&#8217;anno scolastico 2017-2018, in caso di presentazione della dichiarazione sostitutiva (come da allegato 1) la documentazione comprovante l&#8217;adempimento degli obblighi vaccinali dovr\u00e0 essere consegnata all&#8217;Istituzione scolastica, entro il 10 marzo 2018.<\/p>\n<p>La mancata presentazione della documentazione dovr\u00e0 essere segnalata dai dirigenti scolastici alla ASL territorialmente competente entro 10 giorni dai termini prima indicati.<\/p>\n<p>Gli <strong>operatori scolastici <\/strong>dovranno anch\u2019essi adeguarsi agli obblighi di legge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
