Prot. n.17097 del 02\/10\/2018;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>INDICE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>le <strong>ELEZIONI <\/strong>per il rinnovo dei seguenti <strong>ORGANI COLLEGIALI:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>C O N V O C A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>presso ogni Sede scolastica le Assemblee per procedere all\u2019Elezione dei Rappresentanti dei Genitori ai fini del rinnovo dei Consigli di Classe, Consigli di Interclasse ed Intersezione con il seguente calendario:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>CONSIGLI DI INTERCLASSE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>30 ottobre 2018 ore &nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>18,00 \u2013 19,00:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Assemblea Scuole&nbsp; Primarie&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ore &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;19,00 \u2013 21,00&nbsp;&nbsp; Seggio&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CONSIGLI DI INTERSEZIONE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>26 ottobre 2018 <\/strong><strong>ore &nbsp;&nbsp;17,30 \u2013 18,30:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Assemblea Scuola Infanzia&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ore &nbsp;&nbsp;18,30 \u2013 20,30&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Seggio&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CONSIGLI DI CLASSE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>29 ottobre 2018 ore &nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>17,00 \u2013 18,00: Assemblea<\/strong> <strong>Scuole Sec. di 1\u00b0 grado&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ore &nbsp;&nbsp;18,00 \u2013 20,00&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Seggio&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019Assemblea avr\u00e0 la durata di n. 1h<\/strong>, durante la quale verranno illustrate le modalit\u00e0 di svolgimento delle elezioni per il rinnovo dei Consigli di Classe, Consigli di Interclasse ed Intersezione. Verranno presentate le linee fondamentali della proposta didattico-educativa per l\u2019a.s. 2018\/2019; sar\u00e0 gestita dai Docenti Coordinatori per le Classi della Scuola Secondaria di 1 grado e da tutti gli Insegnanti della Scuola Primaria e Scuola dell\u2019Infanzia. <strong>Terminata l\u2019Assemblea s\u2019insedier\u00e0 un unico seggio elettorale per ordine di Scuola<\/strong> <strong>costituito da<\/strong> <strong>n.3 genitori elettori in quel seggio coordinato da un Insegnante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le operazioni di voto dureranno n. 2h dall\u2019insediamento del seggio<\/strong>. Il voto, segreto, sar\u00e0 espresso su apposita scheda. Subito dopo la chiusura definitiva dei seggi avranno inizio le operazioni di scrutinio che si concluderanno con la proclamazione degli eletti. Di tutte le operazioni elettorali sar\u00e0 redatto verbale su modello predisposto.
